To Set Up 1 Digit International Dialing,
1. Dial your toll free access number.
2. Press * when prompted to "enter the number you wish to reach" (you do not lose minutes while setting up speed dial).
3. Select option 2 - Speed Dial Administration
4. Select a 1 or 2 digit code to assign to the speed dial number you wish to set up. For example, to set up your first number, enter 1. The system will prompt you to "enter the new speed dial number". Enter the number you wish to reach when you use speed dial, followed by the # key. When setting up an international number, enter 011 followed by the country code, city code and number. For domestic numbers, enter the area code and phone number.
IMPORTANT: Speed dial may be used from a cell phone but should initially be set up from a land line.
To Use 1 Digit International Dialing,
Simply dial your toll free access number. When prompted to "enter the number you wish to reach", simply dial your 1 or 2 digit speed dial code followed by the # key.
