ARVIND SINGH - Chief Executive Officer |

Arvind graduated
from The Anderson School at UCLA with an MBA in Marketing
and Entrepreneurship. Arvind worked at Kraft Foods, Inc.
for six years where he held a variety of senior marketing
positions with responsibility for strategic planning,
P&L targets, advertising, new products and business
development. Arvind managed several large mature businesses
at Kraft, like Kraft Singles with $1 billion in revenues
and over $200 million in annual marketing spending.

He also developed and
successfully launched several new products like Philadelphia
Snack Bars and Kraft 2% Milk Singles, which exceeded $100M in
annual revenues. Prior to his MBA, Arvind spent five years in
international marketing with IBM (in India) and Hewlett Packard
(in the Middle East) where he established new markets and services
for accomplishing aggressive growth targets. Arvind has a Masters
in Computers and Technology Management from the Birla Institute
of Technology and Science (BITS) at Pilani, India.

SANDEEP SHRIVASTAVA - President |

|
Sandeep
obtained his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania. Sandeep worked
at General Mills in marketing for two years within the
Betty Crocker and Cereal divisions. Sandeep’s experience
at General Mills includes new product launches and successful
repositioning of existing businesses amidst intense competition.
Sandeep spent four years at Ameritech Corporation (now
a unit of SBC Communications) in various senior management
positions in product management, strategic planning and
business development.

He established
parameters for unbundling various components of the local service
network for resale to new local entrants, and led strategic
planning and acquisition efforts for Ameritech's $5.5 billion
Consumer Services Division. Prior to his MBA, Sandeep held various
engineering and strategy positions at Dupont Corporation and
Booz, Allen and Hamilton, respectively. Sandeep holds an undergraduate
degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of
Technology (IIT) at Bombay, India.

RAJ P. DAVE - Executive Vice President, Strategy and Technology
|
Raj has over 24 years of international experience in various segments
of telecommunications and data communications industries. In his career
at Plessey, Pirelli, Siemens, Teradyne and Cronus, Raj has achieved
industry-wide recognition as an expert in transmission and switching
systems. He has authored numerous papers and patents in the telecommunications
field. He was the founder member of the SONET standards committee.
At Plessey, he designed long haul and local loop copper and fiber
optics transmission equipment, extensively used by British PTT. At
Pirelli, he and his team designed Pirellis first monomode fiber
CATV system. At Seimens, he was a member of the Siemens GTE
Transmission Systems acquisition team (a $565 million acquisition
in 1987). Raj later co-founded Cronus, helped set its strategy, and
developed it into a multi-million dollar company in signaling gateways
and multiplexes. He was the Chief Technical Officer of the company
and General Manager/Vice President of its Schaumburg Division. Cronus
was recently sold to FastCom. Raj has a B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. from
University of London.

ANUP MANCHANDA - Director of Sales |

Anup earned his
MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago
in Marketing and Operations. An entrepreneur himself,
Anup founded an export /import company and a highly successful
inventory management/liquidation business. He successfully
capitalized on sales opportunities across a variety of
industries (including luggage and leather, household products,
consumer goods, and more recently wireless) through innovative
marketing strategies, incentive programs, and new product
development.

Prior to his stint as
an entrepreneur, Anup established new OEM clients in the off-highway
equipment and the medical equipment industries. He single handedly
initiated negotiations for the largest single contract with
the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), and prepared and presented
a legal petition to the International Trade Commission against
competitors violating trade laws and price dumping. He co-founded
a charitable computer center, hosted and mentored international
students and was named to the Who's Who of Rising Young Americans
and Who's Who of Business Leaders Worldwide.

EVA C. THOMAS -Vice President, Finance and Business Operations
|

Eva holds a bachelors
degree in Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago.
Eva has worked in a range of senior management positions
in Finance over the last 20 years. Before joining ValuCom,
Eva was the Assistant Vice President of Financial Planning
and Reporting at CNA Insurance Company, Chicago where
she directed the annual planning process, quarterly forecasts
as well as financial reporting for senior management and
Board of Directors meetings.

Prior to that she was
an Assistant Vice President/ Controller of Corporate Claims
where she directed accounting, financial and budgetary functions
for a $150M operation. Eva also has extensive experience in
Product Development, Business Operations and Auditing at CNA
Insurance, AON Corporation and Matson, Driscoll and Damico (Certified
Public Accountants). She is an accredited member of the FLMI
(Fellow Life Management Institute). Eva is currently completing
her MBA (Executive Program) at the Kellogg Graduate School of
Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.

RICHA SHRIVASTAVA -Vice President, Marketing

Richa holds a
masters degree in business administration from NPC
(affiliated to Delhi University), New Delhi, India and
has several years of advertising and media experience
internationally. She was responsible for managing advertising
campaigns of large brand names in the beverage and automobile
categories at Everest Advertising (a division of Saatchi
and Saatchi Worldwide) in India.
|
Prior to that, Richa was
responsible for generating sponsorships for Bennett & Coleman
Limited publications, one of the largest publishing conglomerates
in India. While at The Colography Group in Atlanta, GA, Richa
conducted extensive consumer and market research in the overnight
package delivery category. Richa was also responsible for developing
and launching innovative media campaigns on-campus that promoted
multicultural diversity programs at the University of Pennsylvania
and the University of Minnesota.

NEETA SINGH- Vice President, Operations |

Neeta holds a
masters degree in management and liberal arts from
the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani,
India. Neeta is a serial entrepreneur having run two previous
businesses internationally. She successfully founded and
bootstrapped a womens clothing firm in India with
distribution arrangements for her line of clothing in
several cities. She managed the customer interface, design
of the clothing line, finance, operations and (outsourced)
manufacturing.

In 1987, she relocated
to the Middle East and set-up another business, this time a
retail boutique designing high-end womens apparel as well
as theme uniforms for deluxe five star hotels in the Middle
East. Neeta started her career at a major garment export house
in New Delhi, India in business development and operations.
She also worked at Bank One in Winnetka, IL in a variety of
personal banking assignments as well as special services which
included handling a range of financial investments such as bonds
and mutual funds.

RAVINDRA B. UNNAM - Senior Systems Manager |

Ravindra has extensive
experience in the IT industry developing and managing
complex computer architectures. His experience spans multiple
areas of expertise from databases to eCommerce, networking,
encryption, development tools and operating systems. Prior
to joining ValuCom, Ravindra was consulting for organizations
like American Airlines and NASA. At American Airlines,
Ravindra designed and developed AAWOS, a proprietary
software for inventory control and management.

Ravindra was part of
the team that developed and implemented Rocket Engine Numerical
Simulator for Solid State booster rocket engines used by NASA
to launch space shuttles. Ravindra holds a bachelors degree
in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University, India and
has a Masters degree in Computer Science.
